At Amanda Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair extensions or wig, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Ensure the hair is unused, the lace is uncut, and all original packaging and free gifts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the items back to our processing center for inspection.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
